Okay, so for some odd reason. I keep hearing people complain about, cybering. Well, lets take this through the step process to where you know what it is.
Cybering is basically like “Sexting” but not with a phone, however people keep debating whether its illegal or legal. It is legal to a CERTAIN DEGREE, sorry to burst your bubbles on who disagree. Here is the reason why, if No Nude photos are taken and sent, If no manipulation is used to get them to have sex with the individual In real life then it isn’t considered Illegal. Because here’s the thing, Cybering (Sexting) isn’t real sex, it is words on a screen. Is it appropriate? Of course not, but do people still do it? Of course they do.
Lets think this out okay?
1) Is it appropriate? – No.
2) Is anybody at risk of getting a STD? – No.
3) Is it a law that cybering (sexting) is illegal? – No.
Would you rather have you kids be going out and getting screwed at a Risk factor that they could have a kid, or get a STD, or get hurt really badly. Or would you rather them do it online, where there is no chance of any of that and have them safe.
